The group was founded in 1996, it covers a total area of about 70, 000 square meters and has about 500 employees. It is located in Weifang, the famous capital of kites in Shandong province, China. It is 160 kilometers away from Qingdao port, and the traffic is very convenient.
Our products cover a wide range of industries including forklift, automobile, truck, train &railway, agricultural machinery, mining machinery, petroleum machinery, construction machinery, shipbuilding, valve and pumps, power equipment, and so on. We are capable to produce products according to customers′ drawings or samples, we focus on carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, high-temperature alloys, and so on. We are familiar with the material standards of many countries, such as Chinese GB, American ASTM, AISI, German DIN, European EN, Japanese JIS, British BS, Australian AS, and Association of American Railroads (AAR ) and other industrial standards.
The group also has a lot of advanced inspection equipment, including Spectrometers, Metallographic Microscopes, magnetic particle inspection machines, Hardness testers, Tension Testers, Low-Temperature Tester, CMM, and so on. With these advanced facilities & instruments, we can supply high-quality castings to our customers, and make products meeting comprehensive inspection requirements on chemical composition, mechanical properties, and high precise dimensional inspections.
The group adopts two kinds of the production process, one is the silica sol process and another one is compound process（water glass+silica sol), and it is equipped with several types of energy-saving & environmentally-friendly production lines including automatic or semi-automatic production lines of key processes: wax making, shell making. And the automatic shell production line and air drying line improved the production efficiency and ensure the quality stability of products. our factory is fully equipped with complete and advanced CNC machining equipment, more than 30 CNC machining centers, and 50 other machining equipment. Based on more than 20 years of production experience, our company has developed a set of ERP production management software, including all aspects from quotation to sale, such as basic data, material, technics supervision, corresponding companies, production, storage, procurement, human resources, leaders’ information, process charts and so on, which has improved the management level greatly.
