Production Lines
The group has some casting production lines, each of which is equipped with a complete set of equipment. Such as wax insulation barrels, automatic and manual wax injection machines, shell-making robots, air drying lines, natural gas boilers, dewaxing kettles, intermediate frequency electric furnaces, spectrometers, shot blasting machines, heat treatment electric furnaces, etc. Carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and high-temperature alloy steel are produced on different production lines, which ensures the professionalism of personnel and the stable quality of products.
ERP Software
Based on more than 20 years of experience in the foundry industry, we worked with software engineers to develop a set of ERP production management software suitable for our enterprise. This software covers all aspects of the product from quotation to final delivery, which greatly improves the management level of the company. Great contribution to product traceability.
CNC Machining
More and more customers choose the finished product delivery model after machining, which also accelerates our growth in the machining field. Traditional machining no longer meets the needs of customers, and CNC machining provides more functions and capabilities. At present, the group is equipped with a lot of new equipment, such as the five-axis machining center, four-axis machining center, CNC lathe, etc. CNC machining is efficient, accurate, fast productive. Product Traceability
Marking heat numbers on castings with a marking machine is the most critical step in ensuring product traceability. The group is equipped with several pneumatic marking machines and laser marking machines to meet the different requirements of customers. The coordination between the marking heat number and the ERP software has enabled us to obtain the recognition and recommendation of many customers.
