Our group has great advantages in producing castings with complex shapes and has a unique ability to provide steel castings with weights from 0.1KG to 350KG.
Our products cover a wide range of industries including forklifts, trucks, automobiles, trains, railways, agricultural machinery, mining machinery, petroleum machinery, valves, pumps, impellers, shipbuilding, construction machinery, aerospace, etc. We produce products according to customers′ drawings or samples, and the main business is carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and high-temperature alloy steel. We are familiar with the material standards of many countries, such as Chinese GB, German DIN, American ASTM, AISI, British BS, European EN, Japanese JIS, Australian AS, and Association of American Railroads (AAR ) and other industrial standards.
Testing Equipment
The group also has a lot of advanced inspection equipment, including the spectrometer, metallographic microscope, magnetic particle inspection machine, hardness tester, tension tester, impact testing machine, CMM, etc. With these advanced facilities and instruments, we can supply high-quality castings to our customers, and make products meeting comprehensive inspection requirements on chemical composition, mechanical properties, and high precise dimensional inspections.
The Process
The group adopts two kinds of production processes, one is the compound process（water glass+silica sol), and another is the silica sol process. It is equipped with several types of energy-saving & environmentally-friendly production lines, including automatic or semi-automatic production lines for key processes such as wax making and shell making, and so on. The automatic shell-making lines and air-drying lines improve the production efficiency and ensure the quality stability of products.
